Chicago Center for Global Mininstry  (CCGM)



The Chicago Center for Global Ministries (CCGM) is an ecumenical venture of Catholic Theological Union, Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago and McCormick Theological Seminary designed to facilitate theological education for ministry and to further scholarly research from the perspective of globalization and the Church's catholicity.

Each April, CCGM presents the World Mission Institute, a nationally-attended two-day conference addressing the Church's mission and mandate.  USCMA is a sponsor of this event.

The 2007 World Mission Institute "Religion and Media Technology: Resources and Challenges"  will be held April 19-20 at Lutheran School of Theology.

CCGM also has other study programs and lecture series.
